I’m not sure whether Royce Yallouz will be pleased with me telling you (a potential client) all this information but I felt that rather than writing a standard testimonial, I needed to provide a little background.
I became acquainted with Royce Yallouz socially, and in passing conversation I mentioned that I was very displeased with the service that my bank was providing me. Rather than push his own barrow, he gave me advice on how to deal with my current lender and offered me his professional assistance if I required it in the future. Several months passed and I continued to moan and groan about my continued issues with my bank, and even though I was not prepared to change lender at this time Royce continued to spend literally hours discussing my problems. He even attended a sit down with my bank, acting as my financial adviser to support me. Remember, at this point after spending so much of his time free of charge, trying to assist me, he was actually working against his own best financial interests by trying to patch up the relationship with my lender.
Well, to cut a long story short, I decided in the end to change banks, and again Royce’s talents shone through. He investigated numerous financial institutions for me and worked out which was the best package for my particular needs. He then spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort, ensuring all the details where put in place to make the transition to my new lender as painless as possible. Royce was there every step of the way, from collecting documents to liaising with both the old and the new banks to expedite the transaction as quickly as possible. Settlement occurred over the Christmas period, and even though Royce was on a family holiday, he took time out to ensure things went smoothly and made numerous phone calls to keep me informed of the progress ( I also thank his family for their understanding…they too deserve a knighthood).
Changing financial institutions is a most daunting task and I doubt that without Royce’s assistance I would have been able to extricate myself from the web that was my previous bank. By placing me with this particular new lender, Royce has saved me many thousands of dollars and has simplified all my transactions.
I cannot recommend Royce highly enough. He got me out of a really tuff bind and at all times acted with my best interests as his highest priority. He gave so generously of his time and really went beyond the call of any finance broker.
I really do owe Royce Yallouz a debt of gratitude.
